Square

Here is a show I put together in August of 2020 at the Guild. In 2019 I came across a package of 12” x 12” pieces of aluminum that I had forgotten about. I decided it was time to start using up materials I already had, and thought that a show of all square works would be a good project. I’ve always liked the square format and have missed my old 2 1/4” x 2 1/4” camera that I used for making black and white photographs. Most of the works are photo transfers on aluminum, which are shimmery and changeable depending on the light. Others are transfers on birch boxes, and one is a large traditional framed photograph.
